How often do I have to change the water?

Depending on usage, we recommend changing your water every 2-3 months. We provide a standard garden hose adapter that allows water to flow easily to your desired location.

What is UVC LED Sanitation?

The SlimX has the first UVC Sanitization system that cleans and kills 99% of bacteria without the need for heavy chemicals. Using a UVC LED system, your water gets cleaned automatically when it runs through the pump. In addition to the UVC system, each system has a 20-micron filter for double filtration.

Does this chiller include a heater?

Yes but only if the 1HP Chiller/Heater option is purchased. Our chiller is perfect for cooler climates and has a heating system so you can take the perfect plunge every time.
