Dr. Kelly Waespe, MD, is the founder of Revive Longevity Center and brings over 10 years of experience in both clinical and private practice settings in cardiovascular medicine. She is board-certified in both Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine and practices as a cardiologist with Baptist Health Lexington and Baptist Medical Group.

Dr. Waespe completed her medical education at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, followed by residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Cardiovascular Disease at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Throughout her career, she has focused on bridging traditional cardiology with proactive, lifestyle-based approaches to long-term health.

Her clinical philosophy centers on exercise as medicine, supported by a data-driven approach to cardiovascular health and performance optimization. She emphasizes the role of structured training in improving cardiovascular fitness, functional capacity, and long-term resilience. Her work also highlights key physiological markers such as VO2 max and heart rate variability in assessing cardiovascular fitness, recovery, and overall health trajectory.

Dr. Waespe is the recipient of the 2025 American Heart Association Central Kentucky Women of Impact Award, recognizing her leadership and advocacy in cardiovascular health and community wellness.

At Revive Longevity Center, Dr. Waespe is deeply committed to working closely with clients to move beyond traditional risk management toward a more proactive, personalized model of care focused on improving performance, recovery, and long-term health and well-being. She is passionate about helping clients feel supported and empowered as they work toward their long-term health goals through data-driven, evidence-based medical and lifestyle strategies.

She lives in Lexington with her husband, David, and two children, Ryan and Ella.

Office Manager

Monica Brumbelow brings over a decade of leadership and performance development experience in collegiate athletics and youth sports to Revive Longevity Center. She spent 11 years as a Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Centre College and Emmanuel University, where she focused on athlete development, performance improvement, and building high-performing teams grounded in trust, discipline, and consistency.

In addition to her collegiate coaching career, Monica co-owns Big Blue Lacrosse Club, a youth development program serving athletes from elementary through high school. She oversees program structuring, training organization, and athlete development, while continuing to coach and mentor players across all levels.

At Revive Longevity Center, Monica serves as Office Manager, supporting both daily operations and overall client experience. She helps ensure a seamless, organized, and welcoming environment while also drawing on her background in performance training and client motivation to support individuals in implementing their health and fitness goals through fitness testing, education, and encouragement.

She lives in Lexington with her husband, Jake, and their son, Dean.
